Stroove Surf Guide
Stroove in Donegal is a sheltered beach break that has unreliable waves. Summer in particular tends to be flat. Works best in offshore winds from the south. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the north. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. An uncrowded break, even when it is working. Submerged rocks are a hazard.
