Castlerock Surf Guide
Castlerock in Londonderry is an exposed beach/Jetty break that has dependable surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Offshore winds are from the south. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the northwest. Waves at the beach are both lefts and rights. Best around mid tide. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up.
