Bambul Surf Guide
Bambul in Rio de Janeiro is an exposed beach break that has pretty consitent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. The best wind direction is from the north northeast. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the ideal swell angle is from the southwest. Waves at the beach are both lefts and rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Rarely crowded here. Watch out for rips and isolation.
