Seventh Hole in Oahu is an exposed reef break that usually has waves, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Ideal winds are from the southwest. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the north northeast. A reef breaks left. Best around high tide when the tide is rising. Rarely crowded here. Beware of urchins, rips, rocks and sharks.
