Playa de Langre in Cantabria is a very sheltered beach break that usually has waves. Autumn and winter are the favoured times of year for waves. Offshore winds blow from the southwest with some shelter here from west winds. Waves can be ok even in light onshore winds Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the best swell direction is from the northwest. The beach break provides left and right handers. Best around low tide. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded.
