Collaroy Surf Guide
Collaroy in Sydney North is a reasonably exposed beach and point break that has reliable surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Works best in offshore winds from the southwest. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the ideal swell direction is from the northeast. Waves at the beach are both lefts and rights Sometimes crowded. Watch out for rips, rocks, obstacles, locals and pollution.
