Anse Kerlan Surf Guide
Anse Kerlan in Praslin is an exposed reef break that has fairly consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Works best in offshore winds from the northwest. Waves just as likely from local windswells as from distant groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southeast. Best around high tide when the tide is rising. It very rarely gets crowded here. Beware of paddle, jagged reef, Man-made danger (buoys etc.).
