VVF in Acquitaine is an exposed beach break that has pretty consitent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the east. Groundswells and windswells are equally likely and the ideal swell direction is from the west. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Best around low tide. A fairly popluar wave that can sometimes get crowded The crowds in the water make a gath helmet a good idea.
