Stokes Bay in Kangaroo Island is an exposed reef break that has pretty consitent surf. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. Ideal winds are from the south. Clean groundswells prevail and the ideal swell angle is from the west. The left reef break is best, but there is a right reef too.. Surfable at all stages of the tide. It's sometimes crowded here. Watch out for rocks and sharks.
