Siriu in Santa Caterina is an exposed beach break that has reasonably consistent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Offshore winds are from the west. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the east. Waves at the beach tend to peel to the left. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Sometimes crowded. Surfing here means negotiating dangerous rips.
