Perran Sands in North Cornwall is a fairly exposed reef break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds are from the southeast with some shelter here from south winds. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the west. Waves at the beach break both left and right as well as a right hand reef break.. Best around high tide. A fairly popluar wave that can sometimes get crowded Hazards include rips and rocks.
