Hunts Bay on Gower is a reasonably exposed reef and point break that has inconsistent surf. Summer in particular tends to be flat. Offshore winds are from the northeast with some shelter here from northwest winds. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. No beach break here and there is also a left hand reef break. Best around low tide. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded. Rocks are a hazard.
