Frisco Pier/Cape Hatteras in North Carolina is a quite exposed beach/Jetty break that has pretty consitent surf Offshore winds blow from the north northwest. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell angle is from the south. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Rarely crowded here. Hazards include urchins, rips, man-made danger (buoys etc...) and sharks.
