Al Ashkharah(Shipwreck Beach) in - is a quite exposed beach and reef break that has fairly consistent surf. Summer offers the favoured conditions for surfing. Ideal winds are from the west northwest. Windswells are much more typical than groudswells and the ideal wave angle is from the south southwest. The beach break provides left and right handers and there is also a right hand reef break.. Rarely crowded here. Watch out for rocks and jellyfish.
